Prior to joining Visu‑Sewer, Kathleen held senior HR leadership roles at several well‑known organizations. Her experience includes Talent and Development, Manufacturing Learning, Engagement, and Talent Acquisition for hourly North American manufacturing employees at Harley‑Davidson. She also served as Vice President of Human Resources for Hultafors Group North America and Briggs & Stratton, where she partnered closely with executive teams to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and change.
