Safety
Making safety a value, not just a priority.
It is the goal of VisuSewer to set our employees up in the best position to succeed and be safe by providing proper training to all.

The personal safety and health of each employee are of primary importance to the VisuSewer team.
VisuSewer Training Structure
- Onboarding training consisting of 12+ hours of new-hire orientation
- Annual permit- and non-permit-required confined space entry refresher training
- Nationally recognized temporary traffic control training
- Annual safety meetings that cover a litany of awareness and competent person training

Our technicians undergo rigorous training, including OSHA compliance courses and ongoing safety education, ensuring they are equipped to handle any challenges safely and efficiently. Training includes confined space entry certification, CPR/First Aid certification, forklift certification, site and traffic control certifications, and much more.

We invest in cutting-edge technologies, including remote-operated inspection systems that reduce the need for confined space entries. We reduce risk to our crews by using industry-leading technology for confined space entry and equipment.

Our worksites are carefully managed to protect the public and our crews, featuring traffic control systems, clear signage and comprehensive daily safety assessments. By using trenchless methods, we minimize open trenches, keeping both the public and our employees safer.

We prioritize environmental safety by carefully handling all materials and proactively ingraining spill containment protocols, ensuring that your community’s waterways and ecosystems are protected.

The VisuSewer team prides ourselves on not only adhering to regulatory standards but going above and beyond those standards to ensure we create a safe working environment for all employees.
