Lou joined VisuSewer in 2025. He has more than 30 years of experience as an operations executive with a proven history of driving new business growth and financial success within the industrial construction and maintenance sectors.

Prior to joining VisuSewer, Lou was the Chief Operations Officer at Total-Western. Lou began his career in the field where he started as a planner and project manager before working his way up to executive leadership roles at Timec Company, Team Industrial, and Aegion Corporation, where he gained experience in trenchless technology.
