Paul serves as Chief Executive Officer of Visu-Sewer, bringing more than 27 years of executive leadership experience to the water, wastewater, and infrastructure services industries. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion within service-oriented businesses that support critical public infrastructure.
Prior to joining Visu-Sewer, Paul served as Chief Executive Officer of ClearWater Solutions, a leading provider of water and wastewater management services. In that role, he oversaw field operations, business development, finance, and mergers and acquisitions, helping guide the company’s continued growth. Earlier, he served as CEO of Envirowaste Services Group, where he led one of the Southeast’s largest providers of stormwater and wastewater system maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation services.
Paul joined the Visu-Sewer Board of Directors following Fort Point Capital’s investment in the company and has been actively involved in shaping its strategic direction and growth initiatives. His deep understanding of the business, combined with decades of industry leadership, positions him to lead Visu-Sewer as it expands its capabilities, geographic reach, and commitment to serving the nation’s critical wastewater infrastructure needs.
