Mike Srnec began his career with Visu-Sewer in 2005 as a crew member. Through dedication and leadership, he advanced to crew leader and later supervisor. Today, he manages the company’s CIPP division, guiding teams and overseeing major rehabilitation projects.
“I took a hiatus from Visu-Sewer during COVID to work for the City of South Milwaukee. In 2024, Keith and Alex called to discuss managing a big project the company was undertaking—to rehabilitate an interceptor in the Fox river for The Heart of the Valley Metropolitain Sewerage District. It was the company’s biggest job to date. I was intrigued and realized I missed the company, helping the communities, and growing great teams.”
